Russia celebrates the Volunteer Day for the first time. It was established by the Presidential Decree from November 27, 2017. The document was enacted in accordance with the resolution of the UN General Assembly of 17 November 1985, which declared this date the International Volunteer Day for the sake of economic and social development.
